These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, vexorenterprises.com, and the purchase of
custom sportswear, teamwear, workwear and apparel products from Vexor Enterprises, based in
Sialkot, Pakistan.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms confirmed in your quotation and order
agreement.
We offer OEM, ODM and private label manufacturing services for sports clubs, academies, schools, businesses and apparel brands. Customers can request customization including logos, colors, fabric, sizes, player names, numbers and packaging. Product images displayed on our website are design examples. Final colors, fabrics and finishing may vary slightly depending on the confirmed specifications.
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product type, design, fabric and customization requirements.The applicable MOQ will be confirmed individually before placing an order.
All quotations are prepared according to customer requirements, including product specifications, quantity, materials and customization. Prices and quotation validity will be specified in each quotation. An order is confirmed after written approval of the agreed specifications and receipt of the required 50% advance payment.
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm an order and proceed with production arrangements. The remaining 50% payment will be made according to the payment schedule agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods and the applicable currency will be confirmed during the quotation process. Shipping charges, customs duties and applicable taxes are excluded unless specifically included in the quotation.
Customers may request product samples before bulk production. Sample availability, cost and preparation time will be discussed and confirmed individually. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork, sizes, materials and design specifications before production begins.
Production timelines vary depending on product type, order quantity, design complexity, material availability and customization requirements.The estimated production time will be confirmed separately for each order after agreement on the final specifications.Production schedules may be affected by delayed approvals, payment arrangements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Vexor Enterprises supplies products to customers in Pakistan and international markets.Shipping methods, charges, delivery estimates and responsibilities will be agreed upon before order confirmation.International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes and other destination-country charges, depending on the agreed shipping terms.Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to transport or customs procedures.
Customers must have the legal right or necessary permission to use all logos, trademarks, artwork and designs submitted for manufacturing. Vexor Enterprises reserves the right to refuse orders involving unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property.
Because our products are custom-manufactured, order cancellation and return conditions depend on the production stage and the agreed order terms. Customers should inspect their products upon delivery and promptly report manufacturing defects, incorrect items or discrepancies with the approved specifications. Claims should include relevant order details and clear photographs. Verified issues will be reviewed, and an appropriate resolution such as repair, replacement or credit will be arranged according to the agreed terms and applicable law.
Vexor Enterprises is responsible for fulfilling orders according to the specifications agreed in writing. Any liability relating to an order will be handled according to the confirmed contract and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan unless otherwise agreed in writing. We aim to resolve customer concerns and commercial disputes through direct communication before pursuing other available remedies.
Vexor Enterprises may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms will be published on our website. Orders already confirmed will remain subject to their agreed contractual terms unless both parties agree otherwise.
